We are beginning the later phases of the Beta Test of the site. What does that mean?

• It means we're testing things and would like your input. Since we are in the later phases we are very interested in your thoughts so that we can make the site you need.
• It means things are still in the works. We have the basic information posted, yet we are still polishing things, including: tightening up the content space, adding new features, and making it beautiful.
